Penn Bloxsom joined Asterra in March 2020. His previous work had been in Oil and Gas as a Landman. After years of negotiating leases, running title, determining mineral interests, and right-of-way negotiations, and with the influence of his older sister Catherine Bloxsom Senior Transaction Manager at CBRE in New York, NY, Penn made the jump to CRE.
At Asterra Penn specializes in a variety of representations including Sales, Acquisitions, Landlord Representation and Tenant representation mainly located in and around East and South Austin. Penn has expertise in Retail, Industrial, Office, and Land. Penn currently resides in East Austin and enjoys keeping up with new developments, trends, and activity in the area and around town.
Penn’s most fulfilling moments in Commercial Real Estate have been getting to know his local CRE owners and clients in Central TX and helping them accomplish their Commercial Real Estate goals.
Besides being a commercial real estate agent for Asterra, Penn enjoys a variety of athletics pursuits including golf, rock climbing, and swimming. In his downtime, you can find Penn reading about architectural design, playing chess at various chess clubs, or admiring the arts. Penn holds a public Notary and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Brevard College. Penn is currently working on attaining a CCIM designation in a further attempt to expand his CRE knowledge.
