Principal Broker and owner of Lava Rock Realty. Peggy was born in Japan and raised in Taiwan before she and her family immigrated to the U.S. at an early age. Peggy immigrated to the U.S. at an early age. She gained invaluable entrepreneurial experience working for her family’s import/export and retail businesses growing up in Southern California.
A licensed Realtor in the state of Hawai`i since 1990, Peggy has over 31 years of real estate experience in sales, consulting, and managing properties on Islands of Oahu and Hawai`i. She is also known for her extensive and firsthand training and educating both new and experienced agents in the challenging world of practicing real estate. Peggy speaks four languages fluently: English, Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, and Taiwanese, which is an advantage as she serves her local, national, and international clients with the professional ease of understanding of cultural differences and language difficulties.
In Peggy's leisure time, she enjoys cooking, making crafts, meeting newcomers and visitors to the island, learning about their cultures, and spreading the Island Aloha spirit through the people she meets.
