As a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Peggy McTigue specializes in tenant representation. Ms. McTigue represents major associations, non-profits and professional services firms in the analysis, valuation and market considerations affecting real estate decisions. She also assembles and coordinates highly qualified teams for complex property dispositions. A member of CBRE’s nonprofit practice group, she is a specialist at guiding organizations through a disciplined strategic planning process while managing critical resources required for each unique assignment. These may include in-depth financial analysis, project management and construction oversight, lease versus buy analysis and architecture and space planning expertise.
Ms. McTigue joined CBRE through the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2007. Previously, the 20-year commercial real estate veteran was a Vice President with U.S. Equities Realty. She began her real estate career as the first Director of Marketing at Frain, Camins & Swartchild (now CBRE), where she created and grew the company’s corporate and product marketing department.
