Mr. Coto has extensive experience providing corporate real estate services for Fortune 500 corporate clients with global real estate portfolios.
Mr. Coto currently serves as the Global Account Director for the Xerox Account managing high performing teams in NAM and EMEA delivering operational excellence across multiple service lines including Facilities Management, Transaction Management, Project Management, Business Intelligence and Portfolio Analytics, Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Planning, Vendor Outsourcing & Procurement and Lease Administration. Managing a corporate real estate expense base of over $250 MM and responsible for over 15 million square feet of owned and leased commercial office/manufacturing facilities.
