At the age of 22, Paula got involved in the Salem/Keizer business community, quickly becoming known as the go-to person in this area. With over 20 years experience, Paula specializes in Business to Business, Marketing and Sales, Small Business Development, Public Relations, Collections, and Commercial Real Estate in Oregon.
Paula has gained exponential hands on experience during her various roles, helping her achieve a clear understanding of the types of business needs in this area. Her five years at the Keizer Chamber of Commerce and recent 6 year employment as an advertising rep for a local newspaper have added increased knowledge and experience working with local business owners, which has prepared Paula for her role in Commercial Real Estate. Paula is bilingual in Russian and thrives in a high demand field. She is driven and highly energetic with a hard to beat work ethic which was instilled in her by her parents. Staying true to her word and following through on her commitments are always a priority. Paula is passionate about everything she does.
Paula is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Keizer Chamber of Commerce, and Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. She has served as an Ambassador for the Salem Chamber for over 20 years helping to mentor new members, volunteering at events, and serving on the membership committee. Paula has served on the Keizer Chamber Board of Directors, as well as the Latino Business Alliance Board of Directors. She is part of the Keizer Network of Women and Chamber Business Women groups and volunteer with the annual giving basket program. Paula is also passionate about volunteering with her church.
Paula is happily married to Randy Moseley, has two daughters and is a step-grandparent of two. She and her husband also have a husky malamute named Edam. Paula is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys extreme hiking, biking, and motorcycle riding. She loves spending time in her yard and garden. Health and fitness are a priority for her and she spends a lot of time working out. Being a previous fitness competitor, Paula is no stranger to hard work, focus and dedication. Most of all she just loves a good challenge, thrives on setting goals and exceeding them. God is a big part of her life and she spends her Sunday mornings at church with her daughter. She is a fashionista through and through and will gladly admit her addiction to shoes, and jewelry.
