I have spent my entire life in and around the home building and construction industry. I spent the last 16 years selling investment real estate and personally investing in real estate as well as managing and completing many investment property projects such as flips and rehabs for rental. I completed my first cabin (Pine Rock) in the Red River Gorge in 2023 and started Pine Rock Building & Construction to continue my passion for designing and building cabins in one of my favorite places. I always strive to provide a custom quality finished product.
I spent the last 16 plus years in the real estate industry serving clients with residential acquisition, sales, and consulting. My main focus was income producing residential investment properties. I have worked with clients from large hedge funds purchasing large volumes of property at one time, smaller scale investors, to private wealth individuals. Client base includes both local investors and investors all across the United States. I has extensive experience with tax certificate and surplus sales.
I began his career in 2005 after graduating from Ball State University with a bachelors degree in Marketing. Not only have I sold real estate but spent several years as a marketing consultant both full-time and on contract for several commercial real estate companies locally and across the country. Companies include Sandor Development, Lee & Associates, S/I Real Estate (Phoenix, AZ), Veritas Realty (Indianapolis), Pierson Commercial Real Estate (New Jersey).
