Bio
A Senior Vice President in CBRE's NYC offices, Paul is deeply committed to providing best-in-class service to his clients—thoughtfully guiding them through every phase of the real estate process. His rigorous approach is based on the belief that deliberate preparation and an understanding of how to create value in a negotiation consistently leads to the best results for his clients. Paul’s business focuses on three primary areas: advising nonprofit organizations on a myriad of real estate requirements; representing mid-size, privately held companies; and acting as leasing agent for family landlord/owners in NYC.
A partner in CBRE’s Not-For-Profit practice group specializing in creating customized solutions for nonprofit organizations, Paul’s clients include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Center for Court Innovation, The Children’s Aid Society, The EcoHealth Alliance, CASES, The American Associates of Magen David Adom, The Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust, along with many others. In addition, Paul represents midsize companies in a variety of industries including media, tech, hedge funds, overseas banks, and other service businesses.
Paul also has solid practice of representing private family landlord/owners including longtime clients Lloyd Goldman’s BLDG, the Neuss Family, Real Estate Equities and the Renatus Group. These clients’ acquisitions of more properties over the years has led Paul to become one of the most successful Landlord agents in the Harlem market.
Well regarded by his peers and a leader in the real estate community, Paul serves as co-chair of the REBNY Building Agent Committee and is a 20-year member of the Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association. His most significant, and meaningful, philanthropic accomplishment is the founding of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital real estate committee—raising more than $400K through events over the last two years.
A rare native New Yorker, Paul continues to live in the City with his wife and two boys. He is a lifelong tennis player, and recently became of member of the New York Athletic Club where he is now becoming a squash player. He also loves live music and claims to have one of the largest music collections of someone outside of the industry.
