Paul specializes in the retail sales and leasing of properties in the Greater Toronto Area and is a member of Colliers Retail Group.
Paul’s passion for real estate started at the University of Guelph, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce with honours in Real Estate and Housing. After graduation Paul continued to follow his interest for real estate to Toronto, where he started his career in operations for one of the city’s largest urban office and retail environments. He has over 7 years of hands-on experience working with commercial leases for a national Real Estate Investment Trust. From this he brings to Colliers the practical knowledge of understanding both landlords and tenants needs and wants.
