Paul Rubley is the Director of the Healthcare advisory team at Olive. Since joining Olive Real Estate Group in 2008 he has a proven track record of helping medical clients with leasing, sales, strategy, and development. Since starting the Healthcare Advisory division of Olive Real Estate Group, he has leased the most medical space in El Paso County. Paul’s clients include UCHealth, Mathews-Vu Health (the largest private primary care provider in region: 75 providers), Peak Gastro (the largest gastro group in Colorado: 54 providers), NSVRC (Colorado Springs newest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital). Along with many other specialty groups, physicians, PT groups, behavioral health and many private equity groups, veterinary hospitals, and dental groups. In addition, Paul lists over 400,000 square feet of medical office space for sale and lease in Colorado Springs. Paul is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the medical real estate transaction. Including: understanding of compliance and FGI guidelines, navigating partnership structures and developments, and advising health systems on Real Estate strategy and Asset Management. Paul is a Leukemia (AML) and bone marrow transplant survivor giving him a unique prospective on the patient experience. Paul continues to give back by being a cancer mentor through Imermans Angels. Furthermore, he plans to complete his first Team in Training event for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in 2023. He also has the best sneaker game in the office. Before joining Olive, Paul spent four years at the firm Morley Companies as a project manager specializing in land development, sales and acquisitions. As a project manager, Paul was also responsible for many facets of the development process from acquisition, entitlements, construction, to marketing and sales. Previous to entering the real estate community, Paul honed his sales skills at Oracle in California’s Silicon Valley as a software sales account manager from 2001 to 2004. During that time he worked with many Fortune 1000 companies including TiVo, VeriSign, Web X, EBay and GE. Paul attended Colorado State University. When Paul isn’t in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Joy and daughter Ava Rose and sons Graham and Jonathon. He also enjoys back country bow hunting, and coaching youth basketball and lacrosse.
