Paul is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services group, specializing in directing corporate headquarter relocations in and around Chicago and managing complex real estate portfolios for a diverse set of local and global firms. Since starting his brokerage career in 2008, Paul has completed an impressive 20 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $2 billion.
Central to Paul’s success is his understanding that each client brings with them a unique set of circumstances. He recognizes that the business objectives must drive the real estate strategy and works relentlessly to optimize each company’s portfolio to deliver tangible results to the bottom line.
