Bio
Paul Morris is Vice President, Acquisitions at STNL. In this role, Paul works closely with brands across Childcare, retail and other industries to develop strategic expansion plans and help guide their retail development process. He also works closely with the firm’s acquisitions team on identifying and obtaining select properties across the tri-state area.
Paul has 27 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining STNL, he served as President of Specialty Retail Development, a Houston-based retail development firm. During his career, he has participated as a principal in the acquisition and management of over 2,000 multi-family units.
Paul obtained his BS in construction management from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Cornell University. He is an avid University of Cincinnati Bearcat fan, and lives with his family in Loveland, Ohio.
