Paul Milunec is Senior Vice President of Leasing for RFR—a highly entrepreneurial and international company that has a strong emphasis on innovation, design, branding and hospitality with a reach that extends into a diverse array of projects including commercial and residential real estate, hotels, restaurants and the art world. At RFR Paul handles office leasing for the iconic and world-renowned, Seagram Building (375 Park Avenue) and Chrysler Building (405 Lexington Avenue), in addition to 477 Madison Avenue, 522 Fifth Avenue and 17 State Street.
Prior to joining RFR Realty in January 2020, Paul worked at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG)—New York City's largest office landlord, an S&P 500 company and a fully integrated real estate investment trust, or REIT. At SL Green, Paul handled the leasing of a 7.3-million square foot commercial portfolio—consisting of 280 Park Avenue, 245 Park Avenue, Graybar Building (420 Lexington Avenue), 10 East 53rd Street, Tower 46 (55 West 46th Street), and The Olivia (315 West 33rd Street)—and assisted with the marketing and leasing of One Vanderbilt Avenue—a state-of-art office skyscraper rising adjacent to Grand Central Terminal that will stand as the second tallest commercial tower in New York City.
Before Paul’s transition to in-house office leasing at RFR and SL Green, he was a broker with CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. Paul began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 with Colliers International (formerly GVA Williams).
Paul is an avid road cyclist and scuba diver, and former competitive swimmer and water polo player. Paul, his wife, and their two sons live in Manhattan.
