Paul Meyer is recognized as a leader in creating cost-effective solutions to challenging corporate real estate requirements. Mr. Meyer specializes in managing lease negotiation projects for Tenants only.

Mr. Meyer’s services are full scope, including: quantifying space needs, setting milestone calendars, providing site selection research, writing lease proposals, financial analysis, lease language critique, and assistance with selection, negotiation and oversight of service providers for operating expense audits, architectural / interior design, furniture, telecommunications, movers, process re-engineering, and post-move administration.
Before establishing Tenant Advisors, Mr. Meyer worked for Koll Asia Pacific, Travers Realty and Cushman Realty. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Meyer was in management at Wall Street Journal and later McGraw Hill in New York and Hong Kong from 1980-87. Mr. Meyer received his MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management / Thunderbird, and a BA in Economics from UCLA. Mr. Meyer is active as a community volunteer leader for YMCA, AYSO, Boys & Girls Club of Laguna Beach.
