Paul, who has been a realtor since 2003, has held various positions within the Realtor organization at both the local and state levels, actively participating in national conferences and NAR's Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. He previously served as President of the Greater Portland Board and currently holds positions on the Maine Association of Realtors Board of Directors and several key committees, including the Legislative Committee, Professional Standards/Grievance Committee, and Maine Listings Policy and Procedures Committee. Furthermore, Paul is an active member of the GPBR Legislative & Advocacy Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee.
