Paul transitioned to CBRE in July 2022 following a 7-year tenure at Avison Young where he specialized in research and broker support for the East Bay and Sacramento office and industrial markets. Prior to that, he worked in research for Cushman & Wakefield for 14 years. Paul's focus at CBRE is the East Bay commercial real estate market. His career has come full circle with CBRE where he started his career in CBRE’s research department in San Jose back in the summer of 1998.
He earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Geography and History from California State University, Chico and pursued graduate-level work in Geography at San Jose State University. A San Jose native, Paul currently resides in Pleasanton, CA with his wife, daughter, and son.
