Paul J. Kilgallon brings more than twenty years of experience in the acquisition, development, construction, leasing and management of office properties.
In 1999, Mr. Kilgallon formed Mainstreet Capital Partners, Inc. a real estate investment and management company. Mainstreet Capital Partners has completed more than $1 billion dollars of acquisitions totaling in excess of 6 million SF in Phoenix, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; Charlotte, North Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Tampa, Florida; Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach in South Florida; and Atlanta, Georgia.
From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Kilgallon served as the Eastern Region Investment Manager for CMD Realty Investors, overseeing the acquisition of over $300 million in suburban office properties. During the same period, Mr. Kilgallon was also responsible for the development of over 1 million square feet of office and industrial space in South Florida and Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
Mr. Kilgallon holds a Masters of Management degree from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois.
