Bio
Paul Kerber is the founding agent of the Detroit office in 1998. He has 34 years of brokerage experience, along with numerous Marcus & Millichap awards and achievements. He is also a senior director in both Marcus & Millichap’s office industrial properties group, and the net lease properties group. Mr. Kerber is an active member of both ICSC and NAIOP. Beginning early in Mr. Kerber’s career, he traveled extensively across the United States establishing relationships with developers and investors who could utilize the efficiency and broach reach of the Marcus & Millichap disposition platform. Now in his 23rd year with the firm, Mr. Kerber has closed investment transactions in excess of $1.77 Billion in 43 states and Quebec, Canada. With a large transactional volume, Mr. Kerber’s many clients have realized their investment goals by effectively monetizing assets and securing capital from all parts of the United States as well as from foreign investors. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kerber attained a thorough understanding of investment real estate by serving for 10 years as a leasing agent for office and industrial properties in the suburban Detroit submarkets with two established commercial firms.
