Paul Herzog, a Partner with CRESA Partners, Denver, has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has successfully advised and represented tenants on various transactions throughout the Metro Denver area, from Boulder to Colorado Springs, as well as on national projects, such as NICE Systems’ National Consolidation. Paul combines his analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of the market and a broad range of experience, providing optimal occupancy cost reduction solutions for his clients to meet their business needs and financial objectives.
Before joining CRESA Partners in 2002, Paul was an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was “Employee of the Year” in 1993 and was selected for the “Phillip J. Zimmerman Award” for community service in 2001.
Paul has been involved in over 2.5 million sf in a variety of transactions over the last five years, including representing Lucent Technologies in their consolidation into a 600,000 sf build-to-suit campus in Highlands Ranch, CO. He has been involved in over 100,000 sf of transactions in the Central Business District of Denver in the last two years. Recent local clients include: Alpine Access, AIG, Brown and Caldwell, Charles Schwab, CTX Mortgage, Farmers Insurance, GBSM, Inc., Integrated Research, NICE Systems Inc., Otis Elevator and T-Mobile.
