Paul has worked in real estate for 19 years in different roles including residential building, commercial building, commercial property management, and real estate sales. Drawing on his varied experience and background, Paul has represented hundreds of both residential and commercial clients.
Along with the ability to effectively market high-end residential properties, Paul specializes in the unique commercial niche of wineries and vineyards. Paul has successfully represented both vineyard/winery buyers and sellers and completed the transactions of several notable Okanagan wineries. Paul’s success has been enabled by his specialized knowledge of both the wine industry and Okanagan market.

When not working with his clients, Paul is an avid boater and skier. During the summer you can find him on the water, exploring the Gulf Islands on his boat. During the winter, you'll most likely find him on the slopes of Whistler.
