Paul A. Fife serves as a managing director for SVN/High Desert Commercial specializing in the sale and leasing of office/warehouse, office, retail, and multi-housing property in South Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming.
With 27 years of commercial real estate experience, Fife has secured hundreds of transactions valued in excess of $155 million.
Prior to joining SVN, Fife served as owner and associate broker for High Desert Realtors, a real estate firm specializing in residential, commercial, industrial, leasing, and farm and ranch property in Idaho. The firm grew to 52 full time realtors in three locations, producing more than $175 million in transactions in 2012.
Previously, he served as an associate broker for Voigt/Davis Realtors, where he started his career in real estate and was with them until 1996 when High Desert Realtors was formed.
Fife was recognized as a top producer in for 20 of his 27 years in the industry. He is also past president and current member of the Exchange Club of Idaho Falls and serves on the board of Grow Idaho Falls Inc.
