Paul Evans is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with a diverse background in business ownership and sales. Prior to joining LOGIC Commercial Real Estate, Paul spent over 23 years building and managing his own brokerage agency in the wholesale footwear industry.
As a longtime resident of the Reno area, Paul has a deep understanding of the local community and its unique real estate market. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties, using his wealth of knowledge and expertise to help businesses find the best location for growth and success.
When he's not working, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. They love to take advantage of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains and local lakes, skiing in the winter and hiking and boating in the summer. With most of his extended family in the region, holidays and family backyard barbecues are a highlight of their year.
