CAREER SUMMARY
Throughout Paul’s professional career, he has always been in the Customer Service arena, holding a variety of Management positions and learning how important it is to protect the most valuable asset of any business; the customer. This training has enabled Paul to achieve success in a variety of industries.
Paul is currently Senior Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite in Fredericksburg, VA where he specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate to include Leasing, Sales, Tenant and Landlord Representation, and Investment Sales.
From 2015 through 2017, Paul was Director of Commercial Sales & Leasing with KW Commercial in Fredericksburg, VA.
From 2009 through 2015, Paul was an Associate Broker with Cushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer, where he specialized in all aspects of commercial real estate. Previously, Paul had a successful career as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, where he specialized in all aspects of Residential Real Estate, including new and existing home sales, leasing and rentals, and foreclosures and short-sales.
Prior to that, Paul held a variety of Operations, Sales and Customer Service Management positions with FedEx. In thirteen years with FedEx, Paul was involved in all aspects of the movement of packages and freight in both Air and Ground Operations, from point of pickup to final delivery and all points between. Additionally, he was involved in the Retail Marketing, Operations and Sales group, comprising the drop-off network of drop boxes and Retail Ship Sites
nationwide.
Paul received his Virginia Salesperson License in 2005, and then obtained his Broker’s License in 2009.
