I have been a resident of Pierce County for 49 years, and currently reside in Puyallup with my wife Lacy, and 2 young children. I am a Puyallup High School alumni, and continued my higher education at colleges in Washington State. Since I have lived in the region my entire life, I know the neighborhoods, cities, and demographics well. Having that knowledge of the area further enhances my ability to help my clients in dealing with their local real estate needs.
Today's real estate market and the economy have recently turned a corner for the better. However, changes can still occur on a faster scale than in previous markets we have seen. Sellers are currently in the driver's seat, with the limited amount of inventory of homes for sale in our marketplace.
