Paul currently specializes in tenant representation for the Metropolitan Washington DC region. He provides tenant services such as lease negotiation, lease restructuring, location of office space and strategic planning. Paul has been representing tenants for over 30 years in the negotiation of office space. During this period representing his clients, he has negotiated transactions for over 6,000,000 square feet. Just to name a few of his clients, CNN, PRC, Advanced Technology, Anteon, Integic, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Hagler Bailly, Council of Better Business Bureaus, Peak Technology, Interstate Natural Gas Association and many more. Paul attended the University of Maryland. He had the pleasure of pitching for the University of Maryland and was fortunate to participate with the Baltimore Orioles at “Fantasy Baseball Camp” in Sarasota, Florida. He is a member of the Magic Penny Program, an organization dedicated to helping hospitalized children. Paul lives with his wife and son in Potomac, Maryland.
