Paul continues to pursue his passion for real estate asset management and development with more than thirty years of diversified experience in commercial real estate, engineering and construction including leasing, marketing, land development, acquisition/disposition, appraisal, investment analysis and due diligence. Working with attorneys, brokers, architects, environmental consultants, engineers and contractors Paul has increased the value of assets held in management and successfully navigated several market downturns adjusting strategies to compete in the commercial real estate market. Maximizing long term portfolio values while managing risks is a hallmark of his ownership oriented view. Patient vetting of opportunities tempers my enthusiasm for new ventures.
