Paul had ten years of service with Trammell Crow Company prior to joining CBRE. For the first eight years at TCC, Paul led the Property Management group and simultaneously served as an office broker. He had significant success developing new third party management and project leasing assignments.
Paul has 20 years of property management and transactions experience in all product types including office, medical, industrial, and retail. After ten years experience with the national firms of Premisys Real Estate Services and Koll Management Services, Paul joined Trammell Crow Company in 1997.
Paul currently serves as National Transaction Manager for Volkswagen in North America. Paul has served institutional customers and REIT’s including Wells Real Estate Funds, Kennedy Associates, Franklin Street Properties and REEF. He has also served major local developers, including Etkin Equities and Kirco
