I moved to Florida in 1979, passed the Brokers exam in 1981 and began my practice in real estate. Through many referrals my experience grew from residential real estate to helping business’s relocate, securing lease space for new & existing companies, to selling vacant land. I recently joined the firm of NAI Rauch ,Weaver, Norfleet, Kurtz & Co. Their 32 years of knowledge and experience in commercial and industrial real estate will help to further my commitments to my clients.
I am currently a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Association of Realtors. I served as a Director on the Davie Economic Development Board for 10 years. These associations help me to keep current of market changes, governmental and environmental concerns, and other pertinent issues that affect our markets.
