I grew up in rural Iowa and Nebraska, moving to Kansas in 1975. I live on a 10 acre hobby farm with my husband Art who is also an agent. I love flowers and plant far too many every spring. I enjoy going to farmer's markets during the season and think it is important we shop local. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, reading and frequenting our local coffee shop, "The Bean" on Historic Main Street. I have just taken up quilting and made several quilts for Christmas this past year. I am a charter member of PEO Chapter JV, a member of the Spring Hill United Methodist Church and love singing with our local community choir.
