Bio
Patti Stanley has been a resident of Islamorada since 1977 and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate market representing distinctive properties in the Florida Keys. Previously, Patti owned and operated Island Villa Properties a luxury homes real estate brokerage. Today, she still runs the property management and vacation rental firm, Island Villa Rentals which focuses on privately owned estates, waterfront homes, condos, and small villas. Her firm expertly negotiates terms and provides unparalleled service for her clients.
In addition, her company is known among film crews and production companies as being the go-to, well-connected professional within the Florida Keys. Whether an estate home, beach, or park, Patti helps find the perfect location for filming movies, scouting, and photo shoots.
Patti’s extensive knowledge of the area has earned her the title, “The Native Connection.” She offers her customers an education far beyond what’s on the market and for how much. Among the sea of local realtors, Patti stands out as a dedicated and trusted professional who engages with people and makes the business of real estate enjoyable, informative and effortless for her clients. “It’s fun to be the native guide,” Stanley says.
Patti loves to spend her free time giving back to the community. She has helped raise thousands of dollars for Voices for the Florida Keys Children, which advocates for children in foster care. She is a member of the Mariner’s Hospital Foundation board as well as a volunteer leader on several nonprofit boards in the Keys. It’s easy to see why the Business and Professional Women selected her as the Woman of the Year. She has three grown children and young grandchildren who all live, work, and play in Islamorada.
