Patrick Wolford, SIOR, CCIM, is an industry leader and seasoned veteran with an extensive background in commercial real estate and business. Patrick has been actively involved in more than 25 million square feet of transactions for industrial, land, investment, retail and office properties, representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.
Patrick is a local market expert, specializing in the greater Houston area and outlying markets, with expertise in brokerage, development, financial analysis, site assessment, lease versus own analysis, and strategy development for investors. Patrick’s core competency is focusing on the alignment of each client’s specific requirements with effective, tailored solutions.
After a career in marketing and sales as president of Champion Awards & Advertising, Patrick began his commercial real estate career as a founder of Patrick Henry Properties LLC. In 2012, Patrick merged his real estate business with The National Realty Group, Inc., a Houston-based firm and in 2015, he became a partner and principal at Lee & Associates – Houston.
