Pat Waggoner is a native of Nashville. He is a 1969 graduate of Hillwood High School and a 1973 graduate of Lipscomb University where he received a B.S. degree in accounting. After graduating from Lipscomb, Pat worked at Genesco Inc. for 21 years as an auditor, cash management director, financial operations director, risk manager, and retirement trust investment manager. In 1974 Pat married Elizabeth Burton. Pat left Genesco Inc. on April 30, 1995 to become the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Folk-Jordan Real Estate Co. Inc. until June 30, 1999. In 2000 Pat became a licensed Affiliate Broker for Crye-Leike Realtors. From 2002-2004 he was a leasing agent for Synergy Business Park. In 2002 Pat transferred his license to Coldwell Banker Barnes Realtors. In 2009 Pat and Kyle Felts formed Felts, Jackson, and Waggoner Real Estate Services where he served as an Affiliate Broker and Partner of the firm. In 2015 Felts Jackson Waggoner became Bradford Real Estate. Pat enjoys helping clients to achieve their real estate business and investment objectives by striving to provide the highest level of professional and quality service based on the clients’ needs. Pat has served as an Elder for Crieve Hall Church of Christ since 1999.
