After graduating from University Patrick joined an international brokerage where he launched his career in both industrial and retail sales and leasing. He then went on to team up with Michael Massing and Evan Truman at Colliers International where his focus has been primarily in the small to mid sized industrial bay leasing market.
The experience that Patrick has gained throughout his career has been instrumental in providing his clients with the most up to date market information resulting in positive outcomes to both his tenant and landlord clients.
