Patrick moved to Southwest Florida in 2003 from Indianapolis. He obtained his real estate license in 2009. Ever since then he has been practicing general real estate full time, specializing in investment real estate including 1031 exchange, single tenant NNN, multi-tenant opportunities, office, warehouse, retail and medical. Honest and to the point he will happily give his opinion and provide recommendations. Patrick has several international clients from Canada, UK, Denmark, Brazil and China.
