As a lifetime resident of Whatcom County, Pat has a deep knowledge & love of Bellingham, Ferndale & the surrounding area. The second of four boys born to Hugh & Barb Locker, Pat grew up in Bellingham/Whatcom County.
During those 20+ years, Pat was raised in an environment that was Loving, Honest, Focused and Hardworking! Years later when he got into Real Estate, he used the same concepts he was raised on to build his Real Estate Business.
As a Real Estate Broker, Pat knew Honesty, Integrity & Knowledge were the values that current & future clients were looking for! A TEAM based Real Estate Business, built on a solid business plan & family belief! In teaming up with his wife of 38 years Vicki, they bring in over thirty-three combined years of Real Estate knowledge.
