Patrick Lennon leads or supports the execution of portfolio strategies and complex transactions for national and global clients. His focus is on Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Account Management and Headquarters Strategy.
Patrick is a member of the Integrated Portfolio Services team (IPS) in the New York region. The IPS team coordinates services from across the JLL platform including Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, and Business & Economic Incentives. This vertically integrated approach allows the Tri-State IPS team to provide their global clients with a scalable, comprehensive real estate solution. The team's ability to understand the overall impact of each and every requirement ensures their client's real estate strategy is aligned with their long-term business objectives.
Patrick's specialties include Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Tenant Representation.
With 14 + years of real estate experience, Patrick has led or supported many complex transactions which include: headquarter relocations; global portfolio strategies; build-to-suit headquarter projects; campus strategies; lease restructures; and office relocations.
His client experience includes Travelers, Webster Bank, ANSYS, Westinghouse Electric, FASB, SS&C Technologies, Affinion Group, MasterCard, and Navigators Insurance.
Patrick was awarded the JLL "Top Achiever" Award in 2008, 2011, and 2015. He received the "Gold Achiever" Award in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2016.
In 2016 Patrick was elected to the JLL Leadership Council Advisory Board (LCAB). The purpose of the LCAB is to advise and provide insight to the JLL Americas Leadership Council. The board is comprised of the young leaders within the organization and is intended to act as a voice of the next generation.
