Recent Major Transactions
Represented Hicks Associates in their acquisition of a 56 acre DuPont Lucite Plant in Tucker, Georgia. This site was re-developed to a mixed use of retail, office, apartments, and industrial buildings.
Represented Anderson, McDonald & Senkbeil in assembling 40 acres in Clarkston, Georgia for development into Park North Business Center.
Exclusive agent for Premier Farnell to dispose of 7 acres with a 30,000 square foot building in Chamblee, Georgia. The site was assembled with an adjacent 10 acre parcel and sold to JPI for redevelopment to apartments.
Represented Lewis Hyman Inc. in the lease of a 140,000 SF warehouse in Cobb West Industrial Park, Austell, GA.
Marketed and sold 3400 Cobb International Boulevard, a 22,000 SF biomedical laboratory facility, to FOB Synthesis.
Sold PPG’s former Starfire glass plant. 300,000 SF on 187 acres in Perry, GA.
Sold a foreclosed property for Bank One in Griffin, Georgia. The building was 110,000 SF on 25 acres and had an auction on the equipment.
Represented Federated Department Stores in their sale of a 427,000 square foot fully automated distribution center on 40 acres to Chrysler Corporation.
