He holds a real estate license in both South Carolina and Florida (FL license held through a different real estate company). In addition to his years of experience as a real estate advisor, Patrick offers his clients the additional insights he has gained from his experience as a real estate investor and developer.Patrick was raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., Real Estate, 2006) and served in the United States Marine Corps. Prior to becoming a real estate advisor, Patrick served as an appraiser trainee following his graduation from FSU.
