Mr. Green’s focus has been on serving large and small corporations and has the unique experience of selling the largest complex in the Delaware Valley. Since the merger with Insignia/ESG and CBRE, Inc., Mr. Green has transformed the Philadelphia Regional Industrial office into a dynamic powerhouse. Several of his transactions have been recognized as the “Deal of the Year” by the Philadelphia Business Journal as voted on by his peers. 1,860,000 square foot, 86 acres Gloucester Marine Terminal he represented Eaton Vance, Merrill Lynch and John Hancock to name a few in this sale for $105,000,000. Hyundai who signed a 10 year lease at a 290,000 square foot crane served building for their retrofit and assembly of rail cars near the Philadelphia port; another “Deal of the Year.” 250,000 square foot facility at the Keystone Industrial Port Complex in Bucks County for Gamesa, where they make windmills and associated products. Relocated Estee Lauder from Long Island to a 240,000 square foot distribution plant in Bucks County. They signed a 15 year lease. 250,000 Build-To-Suit Corporate Headquarters for Penn Jersey Paper Company. DP Partners from Reno built the building for this 50 year old Philadelphia Company for a 15 year lease. During his 37+ year tenure, Mr. Green has been the most instrumental realtor in the Delaware Valley serving clients such as DuPont and the sale of their 270,000 square foot building to the University of Pennsylvania, and Amstar Sugar in their sale of 900,000 square foot building in downtown Philadelphia. Mr. Green has handled more than 700 sales and leases totaling over 70 million square feet in the metropolitan Philadelphia area. He has won the deal of the year award in 2006 and 2007 and prior to that has been awarded the top industrial broker by the Board of Realtors and the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. Since starting his real estate career in 1979, he has successfully worked with companies such as Keebler Baking Company, USG Corporation, International Paper, Sunoco, First Industrial, Hyundai, Cummins Engine, CSX, Campbell Soup and United States Postal Service.
