Patrick Gordon proudly claims his roots in the community as a 6th generation El Pasoan. Patrick’s interest in real estate began while working in the construction industry throughout high school and later moved into a property management position while attending college. Upon his graduation in 2010 from the University of Denver, receiving degrees in both Real Estate and Finance, Patrick returned to El Paso to pursue a career in real estate involving aspects of acquisition, development and property management. Once in the market, Patrick began focusing on office and light industrial properties, specifically seeking opportunities to add value. His core focus is to make a difference in our community and create projects that people are proud to be a part of and be associated with. With the help of a great team, he has built a portfolio of over 40 properties throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado.
In December 2014, he formed Vista Star creating a full service real estate company comprised of construction and development services, brokerage services, and asset management services. Committed to being a part of the exciting opportunities for growth in the El Paso region, he is proud to call El Paso his home. Active in his community, Patrick currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater El Paso CCIM Chapter, the El Paso del Norte Chapter of YPO, the Yucca Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the El Paso Sheriff’s Posse, and is Co-chairman for the West Texas Chapter of the ICSC Next Generation. Outside of his work related responsibilities, Patrick is an avid snow skier, a scuba diving instructor, and active member of the El Paso Sheriff’s Posse.
