Pat Farrar has become a leading retail sales and leasing specialist in Central Texas, brokering more than 1,000,000 square feet of retail space. His knowledge of the market and intricacies involved in successfully marketing and negotiating deals in the retail sector have proven invaluable in satisfying the needs of tenants and landlords alike.
Pat began his commercial real estate career more than a decade ago with The Reid Company. During this time, he has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate industry, representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in the sale, purchase and leasing of retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties and raw land.
After earning a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M in 1994, Pat returned to Waco where he married and started a family that is proud to call Waco home.
