Before joining Kresher Capital LLC, Mr. Dunn led a private equity group which employed various specific business platforms related to finance and real estate initiatives. Total Equity under management with the Group was approximately $50 Million and employed various models within the lending and equity investment genres.
Previously Mr. Dunn enjoyed a successful 17 year banking career acting as Chief Credit Officer for two successful real estate federal charter banks. Primary executive duties entailed oversight of portfolio credit risk, interest rate risk, strategic director and oversight of all loan operations and compliance.
