As a Director, his roles include overseeing the financial analysis, researching, underwriting, and sourcing of new investment opportunities. He also helps in the marketing and disposition of the firm’s assets.
Pat attended Liberty University, where he received his Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Real Estate and Government and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Real Estate Management from American Military University.
Prior to joining Net Lease Capital, Pat worked for the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence analyst with a top-secret security clearance. During this time, he was responsible for training new analysts and for supporting multinational military intelligence operations across the globe.
