Patrick is a relationship broker. He focuses on honesty and integrity, and uses his superior knowledge of the local market to assist his clients in reaching their desired outcome as it relates to their long term real estate strategy. He does not believe in just telling people what they want to hear, but rather in giving them the information that they need to make an informed decision. Prior to working at Voit Real Estate, Patrick spent 5 years in commercial flooring sales in San Diego. He has been at Voit for about 3 years, and has found his passions in commercial real estate. Some of his clients include BKM Capital Partners and Harbor Associates. Patrick was born and raised in San Diego, and has extensive knowledge of all parts of the region. He lives in Carlsbad with his wife of 5 years Ashley, and their two kids. When he isn’t working, his daughter Rylie (3), and his son George Patrick Connors V (1) occupy most of his free time, but he still finds time to hit the golf course when time allows. He graduated from UCLA in 2008 with a Bachelors in History, and still has season tickets to the Rose Bowl with 10 of his fraternity brothers from Sigma Chi. Prior to UCLA, Patrick attended La Costa Canyon High School in Carlsbad and was a captain on the Football and Soccer teams, and also ran the Mile and the 800 meter for the track team.
