Patrick Barratt is based in Raleigh, NC and advises landlords in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail and net-leased investments in the Southeast, with a specialty in Raleigh/Durham and Eastern North Carolina. Patrick leverages 15 years of business experience, his knowledge of the local market, and relationships with owners, developers and brokers to give his clients a competitive advantage.
Patrick navigates complex issues by identifying creative solutions, and he is highly efficient at helping his clients execute their business plans. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Patrick held executive level positions in product management and led software development teams with a focus on innovation, growth planning and strategic partnerships.
Patrick is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta with an emphasis in Marketing and Business. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, and he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. Patrick also serves on the board of the North Carolina Botanical Garden Foundation and is passionate about conservation and sustainability.
