Patricia Simboli attended Bowdoin College and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School for her Masters in Business Administration. She spent the first half of her career at JP Morgan in New York and London. Since joining ACS Development Corporation, Patricia has led the company's Marketing and Leasing efforts, Tenant Relations program and guided its Finance and Investment decisions. Today, she is responsible for Special Projects, including Strategic Planning, Acquisitions and Development, and Investments outside the Real Estate industry.
Together, Anthony and Patricia share a vision to make ACS Development Corporation one of the most well-managed private real estate companies in New England, proudly serving both the communities in which it owns and develops property and its clients.
