Patricia is a native St. Louisan and a graduate of the University of Tulsa. In 1980 she went to work for her family’s construction business where she learned various aspects of small business. She opted for a career in commercial real estate, and in 1988 co-founded McKelvey Properties.
When Patricia became the sole-owner of McKelvey Properties in 1994, she expanded her team and led them to become the Leading Commercial Real Estate Firm in St. Charles County. She is a Licensed Broker in the State of Missouri and Illinois, and has completed Investment Analysis, Market Analysis and Financial Analysis courses at the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. She has extensive experience in Commercial Sales and Leasing, Land Assemblages, Build-to-Suits and Lease Backs, Retail and Office Development, Investment Properties, and Business Management. She is a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors Commercial Division (SLAR), and a designee for Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). She is on the Board of Directors for Youth in Need, was named the 1999 Multiple Sclerosis Corporate Achiever, and is a member of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce.
