When Patty was born in 1947 in Elyria, Ohio, her father, William Whitney McCray was a Realtor who worked for his Grandfather (her great Grandfather) Hugh Whitney who had retired from being the Sheriff of Lorain County Ohio, got his Realtor/Broker license and opened Whitney Real Estate in Elyria, Ohio. And she has her Birth Certificate to Prove it!
Salt Water Realty of Brevard is located in Melbourne Beach, Florida, on the ocean that was born from the vision of Patty Halpin, who came from the less personal "big-box" agency environment and felt there was a need in Brevard County for an agency where she could.
