As Senior Director of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Properties Team, Patricia Bonebrake orchestrates and manages marketing operations, coordinates personnel development, and facilitates communications with clients. Mrs. Bonebrake joined CBRE in June 1996 as Assistant Vice President-Administrative Manager for the Baltimore office, specializing in office operations and management. In 1997, she was recognized as a Top Manager nationally, and in 2002 she and fellow team members won a national Top Producing Team Award.
Mrs. Bonebrake was promoted in 1998 to Northeast Divisional Director of Human Resources and Administration, in which she was responsible for managing 13 offices from Connecticut to Richmond. In 1999, Mrs. Bonebrake transitioned to the Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Properties Team.
Before joining CBRE, she specialized in Accounting Placement Management with Pro Staff Personnel Services, where she represented clients including Johns Hopkins Hospital, Johns Hopkins University, ASCO, and Treasure Chest. Mrs. Bonebrake also gained nine years of experience in Human Resource Management with Household International in the Baltimore-Northern Virginia Region.
