Bio
Top Producer and multi-time Chairman’s Circle honoree, Patricia started her real estate career in 1983. She is well-versed on the history of some of Savannah’s oldest and finest homes, including her own historic home on Troup Square. Patricia has spent her life cultivating an impressive career in real estate, holding the record for selling the most expensive home in Savannah at 5.8 million dollars. She got a Bachelor of Science degree in education and started working in the Chatham County Public School system teaching first grade. She then transitioned to teaching Library Research for middle schoolers. From there, she worked to reform prison education, teaching high school and college level English classes in the Georgia State Prison. She also taught English and speed-reading to men in the army and English as a Second Language at Georgia Southern University’s Armstrong campus. Despite her expansive and diverse experience as an educator, she had always wanted to sell real estate. Patricia is almost always among her firm’s top producers, and she has been a member of the Distinguished Sales Society for 26 years. What she loves most about real estate is that she can engage with many different people from all walks of life. She is profoundly happy in real estate and loves the people she crosses paths within her profession. When she’s not at work, she enjoys many hobbies such as reading, cooking, gardening, and spending weekends at her late mother’s home in the country.
