Pat started his real estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. After attending Abbot Pennings High School in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh, Marian University, and a BS in Hazardous Materials Studies from Lakeshore Technical College. After some time working in the Environmental industry, he realized his true passion was in Real Estate. he jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, and in that time have been an agent and managing broker as well as started up Big Fish Realty where he remained the broker/owner until he found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. His passion for walking his clients through every aspect of a real estate transaction and ensuring their happiness with their decisions is a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. His love and knowledge of the area is reflected with consistently being in the top 10% of sales-units/volume. He enjoys spending time in the woods hunting, snowmobiling and even the quiet sports of snowshoeing and skiing. In the warmer months when he is not busy at work, He prefers to be on the water with his wife Heather, pulling their teenage boys Jake and Casey and daughter Sylvia behind the boat on waterskis or a tube, or taking in the sunset by canoe or kayak.
